Complimentary childcare for children ages 6 months to 12 years will be available at the Drury Inn  & Suites (next to campus) for the Trainee day (Wednesday, May 28th) and 2 days of the Summit (Thursday, May 29 and Friday, May 30 from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM Mountain Standard Time). 

 

Please note that pre-registration is required for childcare. If you have not pre-registered, please contact Kyle Coulon.

Overview of the process in registration:
- check the 'I'm interested in childcare' box during registration 
- you will be contacted by email to confirm interest, 1-2 months in advance of the conference
- you will be asked to fill out details/additional forms, to guarantee your childcare spot(s) by early April

Childcare is expected to be provided by KiddieCorp, a national organization that specializes in on-site conference childcare. We heard from others that have had great experiences with them in the past.
